01How a slot becomes real
Booking
Bookings are recommended in advance. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and Meghalaya Adventures issues confirmation.

What we need from you
Full name, phone, email where useful, number of participants, preferred date and time, selected activity, ID where required, and any health detail that affects safe participation.

Payment
Confirmed slots require 100% advance payment unless we state otherwise in writing. Pay only after we confirm the window is real. Screenshot the transfer.

What you are buying
A guided adventure session with briefing, required safety equipment, and crew supervision — for paramotoring, tandem paragliding, hot air balloon, jetski, or ATV. Weather and site conditions still get a vote.

Arrive early
Be at the meet pin at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity. Late arrival may shorten the session or be treated as a no-show if you miss the slot.

Keep the confirmation
Retain your booking confirmation / payment receipt and present it when asked.
